Whether your project is a new custom home or remodeling an existing residence, our process usually begins with an on-site meeting to discuss your overall vision, project ideas and how we can best work together to make your vision a reality. Whether you already have a set of completed plans or are starting from scratch, we can work together to ensure you get the design assistance you need. We work with several local architects who are very familiar with our local building requirements. Questions about building costs, floor plans, the architectural review committee process, choosing finishes…we are here to help and can provide as much assistance as you require. Our goal is to not only deliver a beautiful home but to provide a rewarding experience from our first meeting through final inspection.
We take a collaborative approach to remodeling. Your input is critical to the overall success of your project…not just in the beginning but throughout the entire process. Many of our customers live out of town so we ask a lot of questions and provide consistent feedback and updates from the initial planning stage through the final walkthrough.
